Janell Posey is a passionate educator with over 15 years of experience shaping young minds. She has proudly served as a teacher, Reading Specialist, and Academic Interventionist, dedicating her life to unlocking the hidden brilliance within every child she encounters. Her educational philosophy is deeply rooted in the words of Marva Collins: "There's a brilliant child locked inside of every student." She sees it as her life’s mission to discover and nurture those hidden gems, helping children grow, flourish, and succeed in every area of life. Launching Beyond 360 Academy was a step of faith, a leap into creating a space where children are valued, supported, and inspired. She leads with love, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring every child at Beyond 360 feels seen, empowered, and ready to thrive in a 360-degree way.
